Margie launched MAK Real Estate Ventures, Corp. in 2021, a boutique firm focused on supporting all aspects of the clients’ needs from purchase, lease to sourcing architectural, design and build resources plus property management.
Margie is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina and has 18 years of real estate experience. A dynamic and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Broker, she has extensive experience in helping her clients build their investment portfolio in office, land and industrial flex buildings.
The goal of MAK Real Estate Ventures is to be by their client’s side through the entire process.
Andrew kiss
NC Broker, SC Salesperson, SC Property Management Licensed
Andrew joined the real estate industry in 2020, obtaining his real estate license in North Carolina and South Carolina. His focus entails office, retail, flex, and leasing to ensure the highest level of customer service for our clients and tenants.
Andrew is a Charlotte native and attended the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
jeff shackleford
Manager, MAK Property Management Group, LLC. , NC Broker
Jeff Shackleford joined MAK Real Estate Ventures in 2023 as a licensed NC Broker. He has been an intricate part in forming MAK Property Management Group. Jeff is highly skilled at assessing a situation and providing decisive, experience-based decisions.
He has 30 plus years of Military and Government experience in Operations and Acquisitions. Jeff’s skills transfer seamlessly into the real estate industry.
Megan hendel
Operations Manager
Megan joined MAK Real Estate Ventures in 2023 as Operations Manager and is responsible for transaction coordination, marketing, and assisting brokers.
Prior to joining MAK, Megan gained experience as a pre-closing coordinator in the mortgage industry.
She is a native to Charlotte, NC and currently resides in Waxhaw with her family. Megan achieved her Bachelors Degree in Film Studies from UNC Wilmington.
